The rate is per 12-hour day and includes access to our sound stage, make-up room, kitchen, parking lot, 600 amp power, WiFi, AC, and on-site manager (control room not included). Check out our add-ons section at the bottom of this page to see additional options that might benefit your project.
Reservations
All reservations must be a minimum of 2 days. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, and the balance will be due on the day of your shoot. A processing fee of 3% will be applied to all online payments. Please visit our FAQ page to find our policies for cancellation/changes, crew size, restrictions on production types, and more.
Add-ons
Outdoor Seating $200 
JFA will set up an outdoor seating area for your crew, perfect for up to 25 people. One less thing to worry about on a production day!
Props & Furniture 
Beside the fixed set walls, white cyc and black curtain that are already included in your rental, there are some extra set elements and props such as stage riser, talk show desk with LED, window panels, etc. that are available to rent.

Control Room $400 
Your stage rental normally does not include our control room, as a few of JFA's editing staff may be quietly working at their stations. We strongly recommend to rent the complete control room, if you have a large production and anticipate a lot of traffic and the need for more space, in which case we would relocate our staff and allow you to utilize the whole space in control room.
Floor Polish $200 
Does your show require that beautiful floor shine seen in national TV news studios? We can buff the stage floor a day prior to your rental and apply floor polishing for creating that professional look and light reflection, which can significantly enhance your production value.
