The rate is per 12-hour day and includes access to our sound stage, make-up room, kitchen, parking lot, 600 amp power, WiFi, AC, and on-site manager (control room not included). Check out our add-ons section at the bottom of this page to see additional options that might benefit your project.
Reservations
All reservations must be a minimum of 2 days. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, and the balance will be due on the day of your shoot. A processing fee of 3% will be applied to all online payments. Please visit our FAQ page to find our policies for cancellation/changes, crew size, restrictions on production types, and more.

If you have your own crew but are planning to use many of our set elements and equipment, we recommend hiring a JFA Production assistant to help you with stage setup, props assembly, lighting programs and more.
